- the date and time, in which I make the claim.
- the name and version of the browser used for the claim.
- a screenshot of your claim in our faucet.
- and any other information that may help correct your claim.

your request will be received and verified manually.
You will receive an email, informing you of the veracity of your data and the status of your claim.
If we verify the legality of your data, the value of your claim will be sent instantly, directly to your faucetpay account.

Requests for claims will not be answered, nor will claims values be reimbursed, which have been made more than 5 days ago, from the date that your request has been sent.
